How will I receive my lesson?
As soon as you've completed your purchase you'll receive an email from Sound Schooling with your download link. The email will be sent to the address you use for Paypal.
How do I get the lesson from my computer onto my iPod/MP3 player?
Save the download onto your computer. If you're using an iPod or iPhone, import the file into iTunes then sync. If you're using an alternative MP3 player you will need to use USB or MP3 import software to do this (check your Help manual if you're not sure how to do this). If you are having any problems please contact us and we will be happy to help.
How do I listen to my lesson?
Once the lesson is on your MP3 player you're ready to go. If you don't like the traditional MP3 player headphones with ear buds, you can purchase ones that sit behind your neck and hook over your ears. They don't move around and you don't have to remove your hat to put them on or take them off. Wireless headphones are also now available.
To make sure you are safe whilst listening to your lesson, firstly make sure you and your horse are fully warmed-up, if you're not using a Sound Schooling warm-up session. Check that any
headphone lead is safely tucked away so that it can't catch on anything and that you can still hear external hazards. You should always be in a safe schooling environment - don't listen to lessons whilst hacking!
I've paid for my lesson but not received my download link?
Some email clients do put legitimate email into a Spam (or Junk) folder when they contain links so please check there if you haven't received it. If you're accessing email though a phone or iPad then you may not be able to see your Spam folder and will need to log on to your email account from your computer.
Please add 'info@soundschooling.com' to your Contacts or Safe Senders list to ensure you will always receive your download link.
I've received the download link but cannot open it?
The way in which you will receive your link will depend on the set-up of your computer. You may need to right click on the link and 'Save as' to save onto your PC. We are happy to try to help if you experience any problems.
You may not be able to open the link if you're accessing email on your phone, depending on the set-up of your phone, so please use your computer. If you do need to get the lessons straight onto your phone (e.g. because you don't have access to a computer) please get in touch.
My download link has expired?
Sound Schooling links are available for you to download for 24 hours from purchase. If you haven't downloaded the lesson within this time please email us at info@soundschooling.com
