Developing Suppleness and Impulsion

This lesson will help you to develop your horse's suppleness and impulsion by working on a number of key areas: developing the counter-canter on a shallow loop, introducing lateral work (turn on the forehand and leg-yielding) and then starting to develop medium trot strides. It's aimed at Novice/Elementary level.

This session is 15 minutes and 13 seconds in length, and is designed to be listened to whilst you are riding your horse. You should ensure that you and your horse are warmed up before starting this lesson, and only listen to Sound Schooling audio lessons in a safe, enclosed area.
