Understanding & Developing the Shoulder-In

The shoulder-in is an excellent exercise for developing the suppleness in the quarters, improving the lateral bend and developing the responsiveness to the aids. This lesson focuses on some specific exercises at Novice/Elementary level to help you develop a correct and accurate shoulder-in.
